Why I charge a planning fee
Every itinerary I design is built from scratch. I don't work from templates or recycle the same list of hotels for every client. I start with your trip, your pace, and what you actually want out of it, then I put real care into shaping something that fits only you. My fee covers that time and attention.
It also means I work for you, not for a supplier. Because you pay me directly, I can recommend the tiny agriturismo with no commission attached just as easily as the well-known resort. Every suggestion is there because it's right for your trip, not because it pays me.
That level of care doesn't stop when you book. If something shifts mid-trip, you have someone in your corner who knows every detail of your itinerary and can fix it fast.
Agency Professional Fees are 100% non-refundable and are in addition to the fees charged by tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotel suppliers and any other travel service provider included with your booking.
